Creative Kids Yoga for Students with Special Needs
Age 9-15 with parent/caregiver
Wednesdays 4:30-5:30pm
Learn yoga skills for health and fun! Stretch, strengthen, and improve body awareness in a welcoming environment. Class is structured to incorporate a variety of yoga poses, movement games, physio balls, and breathing/relaxation techniques. Located at Moving Spirit in Merrimack, NH. Cost is $45 per month.
