SPECS is a 6-part workshop series sponsored by Gateways Community Services for parents and family members of individuals ages 16-21.
The series is designed for parents and family members who take the driver’s seat in providing day-to-day supports for their family member with a developmental disability.
The series provides you with practical information and tools to help you understand the adult service system and how to clarify the services that fit with the needs and interests of your family member.
Sessions are 3 hours in length and each session covers different topics.
When: Tuesdays 5:30 – 8:30pm
March 6, 13, 20, 27 April 3, 10
Where: Gateways Community Services, 144 Canal Street, Nashua
A $25 Deposit is required to hold your space in the workshop. Full deposit is returned upon the successful completion of the series. Please make checks payable to: Gateways Community Services.
