As the cooler weather approaches, I am thinking about the flu. My recent researchs shows that the 2010 flu shot will protect against H1N1 as well as the flu lines it has always protected against.. I am not sure how I feel about two live viruses. Any feedback?

From what I can gather, it will protect against the H1N1 flu; but, that is only one strain. Typically, flu vaccines are for only one strain. They have to guess on what strain will be worst and make the vaccine from that guess in advance. If the next flu season has a different strain, then the vaccines won't help. It's a crap shoot for the most part. Although, they do have H1N1 in the vaccines now. Make sure to get preservative free. No one needs any extra mercury in their diet.
Good advice. Thanks.
Hi,
I personally would never put the poisonous toxins in the flu shot into my body. For a professional medical opinion on the subject go to:
www.Mercola.com or google Dr. Mercola
He is an M.D. and has a wealth of info on his site. He is also speaking at the autism conferences and is a credible source of info.He does sell products on his site but I have researched products for 15 years and in my opinion (for what it is worth ,LOL) the products seem reputable. You also need to find out who the manufacturer is of the flu shot you are considering . Google the product and the company and review the insert online that comes with the vaccine. Keep in mind that the nasal spray is a live virus, meaning you can spread the flu when sneezing or coughing .Isn't it amazing that when no vaccines were available the flu epidemic did not occur!!!!!!
Do your research before injecting any foreign and sometimes man made substance into your body. The whole premise of vaccines is nuts when you consider that the disease themselves are contracted thru the inhalation of the viruses. Many doctors state that this is a different mode than injecting it directly into your bloodstream and the body will handle its defense differently .Naturopathic doctors have a wealth of info on the flu and will usually build the immune system and also give flu nosodes which are "homeopathic" vaccines. Most people are not aware that all homeopathic remedies are FDA approved . The flu shots are "egg" based and look at the recent outbreak of bacteria in the eggs around the country.
Wish you health,
Maria Rawlings
Thank you for this perspective. I will research it more before I make my decisions.
