My husband and I met with the school on Monday for them to tell us that he is making great progress and even though I have four professionals stating differently there are no changes that need to be made.
Two days later, I get home a form letting me know my child violated the school discipline policy and we need to sign and return it! Are you kidding me? He stomped on another kid's foot during indoor recess on purpose. Keep in mind it is in his IEP that he will have a para during unstructured times because it is hard for him. Where was his para and do I have to sign the form?
