Transportation

I found out about his great resource and thought I would share it. All About Youth Shuttle is a transporation company that runs out of Merrimack, NH but serves southern NH. They orginally only served children but are now willing to serve adults as well. The rates are the most reasonable that I have found. Several families that are using the services have set up a outing for their teens. The driver will pick them all up, drop them off at the movies, then bring them all home. The contact…See More

This book sounds like a good book.  I'll have to get it.  I could use a book from the typical autism books.

Book : House Rules

I was wondering if anyone had the chance to read House Rules by Jodi Picoult? It is about a young adult with Asperger's Syndrome. Though fictional, I found it to be a very insightful portrayal of a a family's perspective to the diagnosis. It is written from several different perspectives, the mother's, individual whom experiences Autism, and the sibling's. It brought me to tears.
